A Visit from a Butterfly: An Invitation to Begin Again

The other day while I was taking a break from setting up for a Coaching session, a little butterfly came to visit me—twice. It hovered near, danced on the breeze, then circled back and rested on my leg as if to make sure I didn’t miss its message.

Butterflies often symbolize transformation, growth, and the quiet power of becoming. They remind us that change doesn’t happen all at once—it unfolds slowly, often in stillness, and often when we’re not even sure anything is happening at all.
That moment made me think of the teens and young women I work with. So many are carrying heavy questions, facing big feelings, or standing at the edge of something new. If that’s where you find yourself right now—unsure, overwhelmed, or just needing a safe space to breathe—you’re not alone.
My Coaching sessions are grounded in presence, connection, and the wisdom that can surface when we pause. With the horses beside us, we create space to explore what’s stirring beneath the surface, to feel seen, and to begin the journey toward healing and self-trust.
If you're feeling the pull to come out, maybe this is your butterfly moment—a sign that you're ready to take the next step.
You’re welcome here. Just as you are.
